About Me
I'm Carly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in maternal mental health. My professional experience includes helping children and adults successfully adapt to their experiences of anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
After receiving my Bachelor of Social Work degree, with a Minor in Psychology, from Indiana University, I continued on to receive a Master of Social Work degree from New York University. ​

I am a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Provider by PSI (Postpartum Support International) and a passionate advocate for women. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe that therapy is for everyone, especially mothers/birthing persons, and that we all deserve to work toward our best and most balanced self. Motherhood is hard, and we need support - prenatal, postpartum, and beyond.
